Q: Where is the user guide for my desktop located?A: The user's guide for Gateway ® branded desktops is installed on your hard drive.
To access the user's guide:
- Click Start and then All Programs
- Click on the GatewaySystem or Gateway Documentation folder
For desktops that shipped with the Microsoft® Windows® 7 Operating System, Gateway provides an application entitled Gateway InfoCentre, which can be used to display an interactive user's guide for your desktop.
To launch the Gateway InfoCentre software:
- Click on Start and then All Programs
- Click on the Gateway folder
- Double click on Gateway InfoCentre
User's guides are also located on the Gateway Web site.
Manuals and reference guides specific to your desktop can be viewed in the product support pages. To download or view a copy of these documents, select your desktop type from our Support Documents page and then click User's Guides.
