Q: Why is the display on my television rolling, garbled, or overlapped?

A:
  • The video cable is not properly connected.
  • The television is not properly set up. Verify that it is set to video. Most TVs have either a physical switch or a setup program to choose antenna, cable, and so forth. See the television's documentation if necessary.
