Status LEDs These are the four status LEDs on the front of the server. Refer to the following table for more information about each.

Item Name Color Function Description
A Power LED Blue Indicates server power state
  • Off: Power off
  • Blinking: Power saving state (S!, S3, or S4)
  • On: Power is on

    B ID LED Yellow
    (Rear ID LED lights blue)    		 Aids in server identification On: Server identification enabled
    C NIC status LED Blue
    (Refer to the Rear View for the individual NIC port LED information.)    		 Identify NIC states
  • On: Link established
  • Blinking: Network activity
  • Off: No link

    D System Fault LED Red Visible fault warning
  • Off: System normal
  • Blinking: Non-critical system fault
  • On: Critical system fault (server needs to be shut down and serviced)
