Q: How do I flash the firmware on the Gateway 9715 server?

A: The firmware for the Gateway 9715 server is available as a Software Update Package (SUP) CD image. It contains all of the system firmware and diagnostic utilities.

In order to flash the firmware:

  1. Start the server using the Software Update Package CD.

  2. Select the appropriate option for the firmware to be flashed.
