  1. Obtain the drivers from the download section of the Gateway Web site or from the Server Companion CD (SCCD), and then save the drivers to a floppy disk.

  2. On the desktop, right-click My Computer. From the drop-down menu, select Properties. In the Properties dialog box, click the Hardware tab. On the Hardware tab, click Device Manager. In Device Manager, double-click the entry for ESG-SHV SCA HSBP M15 SCSI Processor Device.

  3. In the ESG-SHV SCA HSBP M15 SCSI Processor Device Properties dialog box, click the Driver tab. On the Driver tab, click Update Driver.

  4. In the Upgrade Device Drive Wizard dialog box, click Next.

  5. In the next dialog box, select Search for a suitable driver for my device (recommended), and then click Next.

  6. In the next dialog box, select Floppy Disk Drives, and then click to clear the check marks from the other selection boxes. Place the disk with the drivers into the floppy disk drive, and then click Next.

  7. The driver is located on the floppy disk. Click Next.

  8. The driver is installed. Click Finish.

  9. The Update Device Driver Wizard closes. You are returned to the Properties page for the Intel® SCA Hotswap Backplane. Click Close.
