Power supply module This is a closer view of one of the hot-swappable redundant power supply modules. If one of the two power supplies fails, the other module supports the server while the failed module is replaced. There is no need to turn off the server or disconnect peripheral devices while replacing a failed power supply module.

There are two LEDs, below the power connector, on the module. From left to right they are:

  • Power on LED - Lights green to indicate that the power supply is working.
  • Power supply fault LED - Lights orange to indicate that the power supply has failed.
