Q: What are the recommended interrupt mappings for the Gateway 9115 or 9210 motherboard?

A: The interrupts can be routed through the Advanced Programmable Interrupt Controller (APIC) portion of the 6300ESB I/O component. The APIC is supported in Microsoft® Windows® 2000 Server and Windows XP. The APIC supports a total of 24 interrupts.

Note 1: This is the default, but it can be changed to another IRQ.
