Q: How do I remove the hot swap fan cage?

A:
  1. Remove the top rear cover.

  2. Turn the thumbscrews on the cage counter-clockwise until loose.

  3. Lift the fan cage up to gain access to the cables.

  4. Disconnect the power connector cable and the data connector cable from the fan assembly board.

  5. Remove the cage from the chassis.
