The front USB port and access to the NMI button are located directly underneath the power button on the front the 975 server.

Pressing the NMI button with a paper clip or pin places the server in a halt state for diagnostic purposes and allows the server to issue a non-maskable interrupt. After issuing the interrupt, a memory download can be performed to determine the cause of the problem.
