Q: How do I do a perform a hard reset of my Gateway MP3 Photo Jukebox?

A: To reset your jukebox from a hard lock, use the reset button located on the bottom of the player.

Note: Before pressing the reset button, make sure that the lock control button is not set to the locked position.
