Q: Why does my media report back as expired before the actual expiration date?

A: The jukebox may force this error message if the time and/or date are not correctly set.

Use the following steps to correctly set the date and time.

  1. From the Main menu, press the UP ARROW key or DOWN ARROW key to select Settings, and then press the RIGHT ARROW key to open the Settings menu.

  2. On the Settings menu, select Time, and then press the RIGHT ARROW key to open the Date and Time menu.

  3. On the Time menu, press the LEFT ARROW or RIGHT ARROW keys to select the time or date fields, and then press the UP ARROW or DOWN ARROW to change the value in the selected field.
