Q: How do I safely disconnect my Digitial Jukebox Player from the computer?

A: Note: It is important to follow this procedure to disconnect the USB cable from your jukebox and computer. If you do not, you risk losing files as they are transferring to your jukebox.

Use the following steps to disconnect the USB cable:

  1. Click the remove hardware icon in your computer's taskbar.

  2. In the Unplug or Eject Hardware dialog box, click the option for the USB Mass Storage Device.

  3. In the Stop a Hardware device dialog box, click OK.

  4. In the Safe to Remove Hardware dialog box, click OK.

  5. Disconnect the USB cable from your jukebox.
