Q: What happens if there is an issue with my factory download that needs to be corrected?

A: Because the recovery partition is created from the factory download, if there is an issue with the factory download, the issue would reoccur each time the recovery media or hard drive recovery partition is used. To resolve issues like this, BigFix would be utilized to correct the files on both the hard drive recovery partition and C: drive.
