Q: Is GWSCAN available on computers with Gateway System Recovery?

A: GWSCAN version 5.09 is available on Gateway.com however, it has not been qualified on current model hard drives. Because GWSCAN has not been qualified, unreliable results may occur. If GWSCAN is used, a floppy disk, blank CD-R disk or some other bootable media (such as a USB flash drive) is required.
