Q: Do refurbished computers qualify for the Vista Express Upgrade program?

A: Yes, refurbished computers are eligible, as long as they have:

  • A Windows Vista™ Capable PC
  • A qualifying version of Windows XP preinstalled (Windows XP Home, Windows XP Pro, Windows XP Tablet, or Windows XP Media Center)
  • A receipt/invoice of the order within the eligibility period (10/26/2006 - 03/15/2007)
  • A valid Certificate of Authenticity (COA)
