Q: How do I record programs using the Program Guide?

A: Select the desired program using the direction buttons, and then press the OK button on the Media Center remote control to watch the program in Full-Screen mode. Click the red button on the controls at the bottom of the screen. This records the selected program during the timeframe that the program is scheduled.

Note: If you would like to record a program series such as Monday Night Football, select the program in the Program Guide before the program is played, and then press the OK button. Select Record Series, and this records the program every time the program is played. If you would like to further customize the recording series, select Advanced Recording to change the default recording settings.
