1. Press the Windows Media Center Start button on the Media Center remote control.

2. Click My TV.

3. Click Search.

Searching can be done by categories, title, or keyword.

Category Search

1. In the left pane, click Categories.

2. Select the category that you would like to watch, for example, Movies.

3. Select the type of movie you would like to search for, for example, Comedy.

This can be sorted by date or name.

Title Search

Title search only looks within titles of shows to find your specified word.

1. In the left pane, click Title.

2. Type a title of a program you would like to watch by using the keyboard or remote control, for example, Huskers.

3. The search begins 2 seconds after the button is pressed.

Keyword Search

Keyword search looks for your word anywhere in the available data on the show, including the title and show description.

1. In the left pane, click Keyword.

2. Type a keyword of a program you would like to watch by using the keyboard or remote control, for example, Huskers.

3. The search begins 2 seconds after the button is pressed.
