1. Open the Run dialog box.
   • On the Windows XP default Start menu, click Run.
   • On the Windows XP classic Start menu, click Run.

2. In the Run dialog box, in the Open text box, type: Conf.exe. Click OK.

3. In the NetMeeting dialog box, click Next.

   

4. Type the appropriate information, and then click Next.

   

5. Select the appropriate speed, and then click Next.

   

6. After selecting your preferences for shortcuts, click Next.

   

7. In the Audio Tuning Wizard dialog box, click Next.

   

8. Test the volume, and then click Next.

   

9. Read the text to test the microphone, and then click Next.

   

10. Click Finish.

    

Windows NetMeeting opens.
