Q: Why are there no Windows Reinstall options available from the System Restoration Kit?

A: The hard disk may not have any MS-DOS partitions, or Goback may be installed. If Goback is installed, Fdisk will see the partition as a non MS-DOS partition. For the Windows Reinstall option, uninstall Goback.

Note: If there are no reinstall options, and the installation continues, the customer loses all data.
