Voltage switch
Before turning on the computer, ensure that the voltage switch is in the correct position for the power available.
In the United States, the power is supplied at a nominal 115 volts at 60 Hz. Set the voltage switch to 115 when operating the computer in the U.S. In other areas of the world, such as Europe, utility power is supplied at 230 volts at 50 Hz. Set the voltage switch to 230 when operating the computer in these areas. |
