Q: Why is my keyboard loose, and how do I tighten it?

A: There is no defect in the keyboard or the chassis itself. There are locks on the bottom half of the keyboard to lock the keyboard to the chassis. Follow the pictures to see the lock between the keys, and verify they are in the down position.

The keyboard locks are located between several of the keys on the last row of the keyboard.
This is a closer look at one of the key locks. It is not necessary to remove any keys to adjust the locks. Press the keys down adjacent to the locks, to access the locks.
Use a small flat head screw driver to gently slide the small silver tab to the down position to lock the keyboard to the chassis.
