CD-ROM drive

This CD-ROM drive is a slim, 12.7-millimeter (mm) high, IDE/ATAPI interface drive. The small hole to the right of the eject button is the emergency eject button. Place a narrow object, such as a straightened paper clip, in the emergency eject hole to remove a disc when the drive does not have power or when the eject button is not functioning.
