EZ Point The optional EZ Point ™ pointing device consists of a pointing device (A) and two buttons (B and C).

Turning the Touchpad or Pointing Device On or Off

Instructions on how to adjust the double-click speed, pointer speed, right-hand or left-hand configuration, and other pointing device settings are located in the manual Using Your Computer located on your hard drive. To access this guide, from the Start menu, point to All Programs, and then click Gateway Documentation.

Component Description
A. Pointing device
  • Move the pointer (arrow) on the screen or scroll a document on the screen.
  • Single tap to select an item.
  • Double tap to open an item or start a program.
  • Tap and hold, then move the device to move an item.
B. Left button
  • Single-click to select an item.
  • Double-click to open an item or start a program.
  • Click and hold, then move the device to move an item.
C. Right button Access a shortcut menu or find more information about an object on the screen.
