If you need to turn off the Gateway® M305CRV notebook and cannot use the operating system shutdown procedure, insert a straightened paper clip into the reset hole on the bottom of the computer to activate the reset switch. Use this method only if you have tried using the instructions in the document Restarting the Gateway® M305CRV Notebook first.
