Q: How do I connect the modem on the Gateway M275 Convertible Tablet Notebook?

A: Note: To reduce the risk of fire, use only No. 26 AWG or larger telecommunications line cord.

Follow these steps to connect the modem on the Gateway® M275 Convertible Tablet Notebook.

  1. Insert one end of the modem cable into the modem jack on the right side of notebook.

  2. Insert the other end of the modem cable into a telephone wall jack. The modem does not work with digital or PBX telephone lines.

  3. Start the computer, and then start your communications program.
