Q: Why do I get out of ink errors when I try to save notes written in MS Journal?

A: When you try and save written notes in MS Journal you receive the error "Low ink". MS Journal Note Writer displays as a primary printer under Printer and Faxes. To correct this, delete the MS Journal Note Writer printer from Printer and Faxes.
