Battery bay You can run this computer using an AC adapter or the battery. This battery was shipped partially charged. Use the AC adapter right away to charge the battery. When finished using the computer for the first time, turn the computer off, but leave it connected to AC power for at least 24 hours to allow the battery to fully charge.
