- Intel® PROSet must be installed and active to enable LEAP.
- In the Intel® PROSet for Wireless dialog box, click the Networks tab.

- On the Networks tab, under the Profiles List section, click Add.

- In the Profile Wizard: Step 1 of 2 dialog box, enter the appropriate information, place a check mark in the box Enable Cisco Client eXtensions, and then click Next.

- In the Profile Wizard: Step 2 of 2 dialog box, use the drop down box to select your Security Settings, and then place a check mark in the box 802.1x Enabled.

- From the Authentication Type drop box, select LEAP. To select User Credentials, click Configure.
