Keyboard Show Part Numbers Hide Part Numbers 1014139R, 1014225R, 1014320R, 1014366R, 1014434R, 1014460R, 1014498R, 1014556R, 2905906R

This is a full-size keyboard that functions the same as a desktop computer keyboard. Many of the keys have been assigned alternate functions, including shortcut keys for Windows®, and function keys for specific system operations.
You can attach an external keyboard to the computer using a USB port. You do not need to shut down the computer to connect a USB keyboard.

Key Types

Description |
| A. Function keys |
Press the keys labeled F1 to F12 to perform actions in programs. For example, pressing F1 may open help. Each program uses different function keys for different
purposes. See the program documentation to find out more about the function key actions. |
| B. System keys |
Press these colored keys in combination with the FN key to perform specific actions. |
| C. Fn key |
Press the Fn key in combination with a colored system key to perform a specific action. |
| D. Windows key |
Press the Windows® key to open the Windows Start menu. This key can also be used in combination with other keys to open utilities. For example, press the Windows key in combination with the F key to open the Search utility. Press the Windows key in combination with the R key to open the Run utility. Press the Windows key in combination with the E key to open the Explorer utility. |
| E. Application key |
Press this key for quick access to shortcut menus and help assistants in Windows. |
| F. ARROW keys |
Press the ARROW keys to move the cursor up, down, right, or left. |
| G. Numeric keypad |
When the numeric keypad is turned on, these keys can be used to type numbers. The default setting for the numeric keypad is On. Press NUM LOCK to turn the numeric keypad on or off. |
