Status LEDs These are the (A) Pen, (B) Battery, and (C) Power Status LEDs located on the top left corner of the convertible notebook.

Component Icon Description
A. Missing pen indicator Pen icon A lit and blinking LED with the lost pen alarm sounding means the pen is not in the pen holder when the convertible notebook is turned off.

The LED remains off when the pen is in the pen holder or the pen has been removed while the convertible notebook is turned on.
B. Battery charge indicator Battery icon
  • LED blue - Battery is fully charged
  • LED purple - Battery is charging
  • LED blinking red - Battery charge is very low
  • LED solid red - Battery is malfunctioning

Important: This LED only lights up when the notebook is connected to AC power or the battery charge is very low.

C. Power indicator Power icon
  • LED on - Notebook is on
  • LED blinking - Notebook is in Sleep or Hybrid Sleep mode
  • LED off - Notebook is off
