Q: How can I determine if the Bluetooth device in the computer is working properly?

A: Follow these steps to determine the status of a Bluetooth device.

  1. From the Windows® Vista™ default Start menu, click Control Panel.

  2. In Control Panel, click Network and Internet.

  3. In the Network and Internet window, click Bluetooth Devices.

  4. In the Bluetooth Devices dialog box, click the Hardware tab.

  5. In the Device Properties field, the Device Status is displayed.
