Preset Modes Part number 7000718,7000746 The microprocessor-based on-screen display (OSD) controls allow a variety of image adjustments. The preset functions can store a total of 26 sets of geometry settings, including the seven factory preset modes. This auto-scanning monitor automatically detects and displays several video modes within the monitor's scanning range of 31 to 95 kilohertz (kHz) horizontal and 50 to 160 hertz (Hz) vertical. This range relates to a maximum flicker-free, usable resolution of 1,600 × 1,200 at a non-interlaced refresh rate of 75 Hz vertical. For convenience, the monitor has seven pre-programmed video mode settings.
If the monitor detects one of these signals from the computer's video card, it recalls that mode and any stored image adjustments that may have been made. If the monitor detects a new video mode that was not present before or is not one of the factory presets, it stores the new mode automatically in one of the blank memory modes. When the OSD controls are adjusted, these image settings are stored in the first available blank mode. Input signals with approximately the same frequencies may be regarded as the same signal. The following horizontal timing conditions are recommended at synchronous H, V separate or H/V composite.
For 31- to 52-kHz horizontal frequency
For 52- to 95-kHz horizontal frequency
The following vertical timing conditions are recommended:
In case the front and back porch is extremely long, or the data display time is extremely short, it may not be able to set the expected size and position. Standard settings are subject to change without notice. This monitor is tested and conformed compliance with ZH1/618 and EN29241-3 (ISO9241-3) ergonomics requirement.
