Q: Why does the image look stretched or fuzzy when I connect the monitor to my computer?

A: You must adjust the operating system's display settings to match the monitor's optimal 1920 × 1200 setting. This is the native resolution of the display. Consult the monitor's user guide for the adjustment procedure for the Windows® XP operating system.

The easiest way to adjust the screen resolution is to use the included EzTune software. After installing EzTune, click the EzTune icon in the taskbar, click the Adjust tab, and then click Resolution. In the Resolution settings window, click Preferred. The screen resolution adjusts to 1920 × 1200, and EzTune reports that you are at a preferred resolution.
