Q: How do I disable my display's Resolution Reminder?

A: If the computer display input (VGA or DVI) is not set to the optimum supported setting, a Resolution Reminder message prompts you to change your computer's settings to use the optimum resolution setting. If you prefer using your display at a resolution less than the optimum setting, you can disable the Resolution Reminder by performing the following steps.

  1. Open the on-screen display (OSD).

  2. Select Advanced.

  3. Select Resolution Reminder.

  4. Select Disable.

  5. Exit the OSD.

For more information about opening and using your monitor's OSD, refer to the display's product information.
