Q: When I connect the monitor to my notebook while the notebook is turned on, in hibernate mode, or suspend mode, the EzTune software does not function. Why?

A: EzTune detects the monitor each time the notebook is started. When the monitor is connected after the notebook is turned on, EzTune may not not detect it. To resolve the issue, try the following:

  • Close EzTune by right-clicking the EzTune icon in the system tray, and then click Exit. Restart the EzTune software by double-clicking on the EzTune icon on your desktop.
  • If the first option does not resolve the issue, save all open documents, and then restart your notebook.
