Q: After updating the video driver on my computer during restarts I now see a "Pivot Software Error" message. What is this?

A: After updating the video driver, when restarting the computer, you may see the following error message:

"Pivot Software Error. Your configuration has changed. Pivot software must be reinstalled. Would you like Pivot Software to re-install now?"

The Pivot software is part of the EzTune application. When you installed EzTune, it automatically configured itself with your currently installed drivers. When you update your video drivers, Pivot must reconfigure itself. This is normal operation. Select the option to re-install. After restarting your computer EzTune operates normally.
