Preset Modes
Part number 7001532
The microprocessor-based on-screen display (OSD) controls for the VX1110 21-inch Monitor with 20-inch viewable area allow a variety of image controls to be adjusted. The preset functions can store a total of 26 sets of geometry settings including the factory preset modes.
The monitor automatically detects and displays several video modes within the monitor's scanning range of 31–115 kilohertz (kHz) horizontal and 50–160 hertz (Hz) vertical. This range relates to a maximum flicker-free, usable resolution of 1600 × 1200 at a noninterlaced refresh rate of 75 Hz vertical.
For convenience, the monitor has 10 pre-programmed video mode settings identified in the following table.

If the monitor detects one of the listed signals from the computer's video card, it recalls that mode and any stored image adjustments that may have been made. If the monitor detects a new video mode that has not been present or is not one of the listed factory presets, it stores the new mode automatically in one of the blank memory modes. When the OSD controls are adjusted, these image settings are stored in the first available blank mode.
Note:
- Input signals with approximately the same frequencies may be regarded as the same signal.
- The following horizontal timing conditions are recommended (at synchronization horizontal, vertical separate, or horizontal and vertical composite).
- The following vertical timing conditions are recommended:
- Vertical front porch needs to be more than 9 µs.
- Vertical synchronization width needs to be less than 100 µs.
- Vertical back porch needs to be more than 400 µs.
- Vertical blanking width needs to be more than 450 µs.
- In case the front and back porch is extremely long or the data display time is extremely short, it may not be able to set the expected size and position.
- Standard settings are subject to change without notice.
- This monitor is tested and is compliant with ZH1/618 and EN29241-3 (ISO9241-3) ergonomics requirement.
