You can either have us find your serial number for you by clicking the "Find it for me" link when you see it on our site or you can look on the outside of your server. Either click back and use the "Find it for me" link to scan your server for the serial number or locate the sticker using the examples provided below.

In addition, the serial number and Customer or Client ID is located on your packing slip.

The sticker location varies according to the server that you have. The following pictures contain some examples:
