Q: Why does the DVD disc in the player start after I return from the network menu?

A: With some versions of the DVD player firmware, the movie automatically starts playing after you return from the network menu. You can stop the movie and reenter the setup menu if you have more options you want to change.

Dowloading and updating the firmware for you DVD player may correct this issue. If available, firmware updates can be found on support.gateway.com in the Downloads area.
