Q: Why does my server appear to search forever?

A: This may occur on slower computers with many photo, music, and video files. The server computer may appear to hang while performing a scan of the hard drive. A scan is indicated by an hour glass graphic moving in the lower right corner. When the scan is finished, click OK. Normal function is restored.
