Power Switch This is a closeup view of the power switch. To operate the camera, slide the power switch to turn on the camera.

To save battery power, the camera will automatically turn off if it is not operated for three minutes.

Note: Be sure to turn the power off when replacing the batteries, connecting an optional AC power adapter, or when inserting or removing the CompactFlash™ card.
