Q: Why is my camera not seen when attached to a computer on a network with mapped drives?

A: The computer recognizes local drives first. If the already mapped drive is set to the next available drive letter, reassign it to a higher drive letter (or the highest drive letter of Z) before connecting the camera. This will allow the camera, or any removable device, to be assigned drive letters automatically.
