The area behind the I/O ports door on the front of the computer provides input/output features. Starting at the left, the features are: 3.5-inch drive bay with a portable media docking bay installed. The docking bay accomodates an optional removable Gateway® 2.5-inch USB hard drive. One IEEE 1394a port One microphone jack One headphone jack One composite video RCA jack (yellow) One left channel audio out RCA jack (white) One right channel audio out RCA jack (red)

Note: The removable Gateway 2.5-inch USB hard drive is designed for use with the docking bay. Do not attempt to use other 2.5-inch USB drives with the docking bay.
