- Remove the case cover.
- Remove the front bezel.
- Inside the case, lift up the drive cage assembly.

- The hard drive cage is located on the bottom of the drive cage assembly.

- Disconnect the power and controller cables from the rear of the hard drive.

- Lift up the hard drive cage, and then pull out the side bracket to release the hard drive.

- While holding the bracket away from the hard drive, lift the drive out of the cage.

Replace the drive
- Inside the hard drive cage, note the tabs. These tabs fit into the holes in the side of the hard drive.

- Hold open the hard drive cage bracket, and then place the hard drive in the cage. Ensure that the cage tabs are aligned with the drive holes, and then gently release the bracket.

- Lower the hard drive cage into place against the bottom of the drive cage assembly, and then connect the power and controller cables.

- Lower the drive cage assembly.
Note: When lowering the drive cage assembly, ensure that the cables under it are flat and do not get pinched.

- Replace the front bezel.
- Replace the case cover.
